By purchasing from or using DAFT Made Easy (operated by Ibarolle Advisory), you agree to these terms.

What you're buying. Our products are digital downloads (guides, workbooks, and reference files) and optional 1-on-1 consulting calls. Digital products are delivered instantly by download link and email after payment.

Personal use, no resale. Your purchase is licensed for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, republish, redistribute, or repackage the files or their contents, in whole or in part.

Payment. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace, Stripe, and/or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

14-day money-back guarantee. If the DAFT Move Kit doesn't make your move clearer within 14 days of purchase, email info@daftvisasupport.com within that period and we'll refund you in full — no forms and no hard feelings. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Consulting calls. Strategy Calls and Done-With-You services are guidance based on personal experience, not legal or tax representation. You remain responsible for your own application, documents, and submissions to the IND and any other authority.

Subscriptions (DAFT Insider). DAFT Insider is billed as a recurring subscription (yearly or monthly) through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your responsibility. Our materials are a guide, not a substitute for your own diligence. You are responsible for verifying current requirements at ind.nl and for the accuracy of everything you submit.

Changes. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
